Limon AI - Account and Data Deletion Request
If you want to delete your Limon AI account and associated data, please email us at help@limonai.ai from your registered email address.
Please include:
- Student/parent name
- Registered email or phone number
- School name, if applicable
- Request: "Please delete my Limon AI account"
After verification, we will delete account data including profile details, login account, learning progress, app activity, and AI learning history.
Some records may be retained only if required for legal, security, or compliance purposes. Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.
